I retired from live theater performance in 2008 after having the unique opportunity to perform on Broadway, the closing ceremonies of the Olympics, and travel and live in The USA and Japan. Shortly after, I met my husband and started a family. I very much missed my artistic outlet and began making cloth dolls in 2012 and clothing for my babies. I discovered Blythe in 2015 and fell in love! In 2018 I started carving Blythe and making clothes on a 1:6 scale. I now work almost exclusively on authentic Takara Blythe dolls, and also enjoy sculpting polymer clay dolls.
I love to travel to doll shows/Blythecons to meet with my friends new and old and see new exciting places! I have a small collection of cloth, clay/cloth, Blythe, BJD, OB11, and vinyl dolls. I also love spending time homeschooling my three young children, playing with my big (baby) Mastiffs, and enjoying the mountains where we live. Nature is a large inspiration in my work and photography. Please feel free to reach out to me on Instagram or Facebook.
